The New England Patriots may be the defending champions, but the early action has been on the Philadelphia Eagles for Super Bowl LII, kicking off this Sunday (6:30 PM ET, NBC) from US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. The Patriots opened as 6-point favorites, only to fall steadily to –4.5 at press time. The total has also moved since the open, but only slightly, from 48 to 48.5 points.

The Super Bowl odds could start heading in the other direction this weekend. New England (15-3 SU, 12-6 ATS) is one of the most popular teams in the NFL, while the Eagles (15-3 SU, 12-6 ATS) have drawn less interest since Nick Foles replaced the injured Carson Wentz at quarterback. TE Rob Gronkowski is still in concussion protocol for the Patriots, but he should be available after practicing on Saturday and Sunday.
Meanwhile, hundreds of Super Bowl props have been posted for the Big Game, including the Super Bowl MVP prop, where New England QB Tom Brady is a –110 favorite at Bovada over Foles (+325) and Gronkowski (+900). The over/under for the National Anthem prop is two minutes, with the Over pegged at –160; Pink will perform The Star-Spangled Banner this Sunday.
